Ticketron.com (“Site”) respects your privacy. We want you to be informed and comfortable with respect to your privacy when you use our Site. As such, we have compiled the following information about what information we collect from you and what we do with your information. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information that may be collected when you are on the Site and/or when you use our services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or individuals that our Site does not own or exercise supervisory control over, nor does it apply to third party advertisers on the Site. This Privacy Policy only discloses the privacy practices for https://TicketNetwork.com. It applies solely to information collected by this Site.

By providing personal information to the Site, you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, along with the terms set forth in our Terms & Conditions. Please review this Privacy Policy from time to time as we do update it regularly. If we materially alter the Privacy Policy, we will notify you of such changes by posting a notice on the Site and/or contacting you at the email address that you provided to us. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed as your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new policy. 2. What Information We Collect We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information You Provide Directly to Us. We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us via email or other direct contact with the Site, or if you request or purchase tickets via the Site. You may browse Site without disclosing your personal information, but in order to take advantage of most of the Site's services, such as creating an account in order to purchase tickets, you must provide us with personal information. The information we may collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card information and other purchase information. We do not process your credit/debit card information; we use a third-party payment processor to process your payment. We do not store or maintain your credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code. However, we do store details related to the type of credit/debit card used, the date of purchase and the amount of the purchase.  
For additional information on the types of data collected by the Site, see section below “Categories and Sources of Personal Information.” By submitting a telephone number or other contact information to the Site, you agree that Site, and/or a representative acting on its behalf, can contact you at the telephone number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive our products and/or services.

Details of Your Visits and Use of Our Site. We may also collect details of your visits to the Site and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, and other communication data, including your IP address, timing and content of what you viewed. Some parts of the Site use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect this information about your general internet usage and provide you with targeted advertising. 3. How We Use and Disclose Your Information

  • Customer Service. Our Site, Ticket Seller(s) (i.e., the individual ticket seller or entity that lists event tickets for sale on the Site and will transfer ownership of the ticket(s) to a user of the Site), and/or our third-party service provider(s), will use your information for purposes of processing your transaction and/or providing services to you. Such services include, but are not limited to, providing access to your registered account, allowing ticket purchases, and providing you with related benefits and customer service. Please note that you may see information about a Ticket Seller and the Ticket Seller may see information about you in certain circumstances, such as in connection with ticket shipping, tracking or sharing of a return address.
  • We will use your information to respond to any of your inquiries regarding the Site’s services or your purchase(s). Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you in the future to tell you about ticket specials, new products or services. We may also contact you about changes to this Privacy Policy.
  • Marketing Communications. We may also use your personal information to provide you with marketing communications from Site. We may also share your personal information with affiliated entities to provide joint marketing content and services and to market the products and services of such entities. We may sell your personal information to non-financial organizations, such as companies engaged in direct marketing and the selling of consumer products and services. If we send you a marketing email communication, you may unsubscribe from receiving such messages in the future by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the footer of the email and completing the opt-out form. 
  • Third Party for Order Fulfillment. We use your information as necessary to fulfill your request(s), e.g., to fulfill or ship an order. We require all third party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of your data through a written agreement. When you provide personal information to us, it may be sent directly to a partner company or we may share your information with the partner company in order to fulfill your order. However, we are not responsible for the policies of such third party, and you should  review any such third party’s policies and terms and conditions.
  • Legal Requirement. We will respond to a verified law enforcement, or other governmental department request or subpoena as required by applicable law(s). In such events, we may disclose information relevant to the investigation such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, fraud complaints, IP address, and credit card information.
  • Identifying Potential Fraud. We may employ technology to help us identify unusual or suspicious transactions to enable us to detect and prevent fraud. By submitting a telephone number to Site you agree that Sitek and/or a representative of Site acting on its behalf, can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not conditional to receiving products and/or services offered on the Site.
  • Anonymized Information. We may anonymize personal information or aggregate it so that it will no longer be considered personal information, which we may use and disclose for any purpose in accordance with applicable law(s), as the anonymized and/or aggregated data no longer contains identifiable information about you.

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than to provide you with our products and/or services, or as otherwise expressly stated herein or as otherwise allowed by applicable law. We will not use personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you with notice and/or updating this Privacy Policy.

The Site also participates in targeted advertising wherein it contracts with Service Providers  to collect certain information when you visit the Site to provide measurement services to the Site and target ads to Site users, such as Facebook and Meta. These companies use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, hardware or software information, cookie and session ID) and personal information (e.g,. IP address) during your visits to this Site and other websites in order to tailor advertisements about goods and services to you. These Service Providers typically use a cookie, third party web beacon, or other similar tracking technologies to collect this information. The Site also works with third parties that collect information across various channels including, but not limited to, computers, mobile devices, and smart TVs, over time, for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. Your data may be transferred outside the country from which it was originally collected. Currently, the Site does not respond to global “do not track” signals sent through your browser, but the Site does provide you with the option to opt out of targeted advertising via its cookie policy. Flash Cookies. Flash cookies are also used on the Site. Flash cookies are small pieces of information stored and accessed by Adobe Flash. There you can clear some or all of your flash cookies manually through the Website Storage panel, or even turn off Flash Storage completely. 7. Users of Legal Age of Majority Only
Our Site is designed and intended only for those who have reached the legal age of majority (18 years of age). By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We are not liable for any damages that may result from any user’s misrepresentations of age. 8. Opt-Out of Marketing Emails and/or SMS Text Messaging You
You may opt out of receiving marketing-related emails from us by following the instructions in any marketing or promotional email you receive (e.g., clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the footer of the email). As applicable, we will obtain prior express written consent to send you marketing SMS text messages, and if you no longer want to receive marketing SMS/text messages from us, you may opt out by replying to the SMS/text message with “STOP”.

Once we receive your request, we will verify it by asking you to provide certain information, such as information regarding a recent purchase. We will honor requests received to the extent required by applicable law and within the time provided by the applicable law. If you would like to use an authorized agent registered with the Secretary of State to exercise your rights, we may request evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests on your behalf.

We will not discriminate or retaliate against you if you exercise your rights under applicable law(s) related to your personal information that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Specifically, unless allowed by applicable law, we will not:

We will provide a response to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), We will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only include information that exists within our current records. The response we provide will also explain the reason(s) we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
